2.2 No Guaranteed Results
While we aim to improve performance, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
Revenue increases
Lead volume
Conversion rates
Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
2.3 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for service delivery.
3.2 Timely Communication
Delays in communication, approvals, or asset delivery may impact timelines and results.
3.3 Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring their business complies with all applicable laws, including:
Marketing laws (SMS/email compliance, CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
Data privacy regulations
4. Payment & Fees
4.1 Fees
All services are billed as agreed upon in your proposal, invoice, or contract.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated
Late payments may result in service suspension
4.3 No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and custom builds, all payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
Upon full payment, clients are granted access to and usage rights of systems created for them.
5.2 Restrictions
Clients may not:
Resell systems without permission
Reverse engineer proprietary processes
Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
5.3 Company Assets
All internal frameworks, strategies, and proprietary methods remain the property of AutoFlow AI.
6. Data & Privacy
6.1 Data Usage
We collect and use data solely to provide and improve our services.
6.2 Third-Party Tools
We may integrate with platforms such as CRMs, email providers, and automation tools. We are not responsible for their data practices.
6.3 Security
We implement reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted online.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoFlow AI shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue or profits
Business interruptions
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
8. Termination
8.1 By Client
You may terminate services at any time, but no refunds will be issued for work already completed or ongoing billing cycles.
8.2 By Company
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:
Terms are violated
Payments are not made
Misuse of systems occurs
9. Non-Circumvention
Clients agree not to bypass AutoFlow AI to directly hire or work with our contractors, systems, or partners introduced during service.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential unless required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the state in which AutoFlow AI operates
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
